About Me

Hi I'm Alexis Frier, a qualified Reiki Master Practitioner/Teacher. I'm registered with the UK Reiki Federation and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) Registration.

I was guided to Reiki and mindfulness, after my son was stillborn and recovery from Breast Cancer. I was awestruck by the profound feeling of deep reconnection to myself, my feelings and the essence of who I am. I felt deep connection and change on a physical, mental and emotional level.

This led me to want to support others to reconnect to themselves.

Through a lot of study, continued curiosity and learning I have gained a varied insight into different practices, that promote relaxation, reconnection to self and nature, meaning; a beautiful life filled with pleasure, joy, wonder, gratitude and most importantly love.

And so Nature Angel was born!
